The project compliments the emerging trend of residential developments in Moscow. The masterplan for this new residential/ business and retail park is based on the optimal layout for the residential component within the scheme, allowing the maximum protection from the highway’s heavy vehicular traffic. The economy level flats are combined into efficient blocks of mid-rise towers.
The site will feature kindergartens, a primary school, leisure centre, office towers, commercial facilities, and multi-storey parking building with a series of residential buildings set around and addressing a carefully landscaped open space. Vehicle and pedestrian circulation are kept separate to provide a peaceful heart to the development.
