Metro Station Universitet

Sited over an underground metro station close to the university of Moscow, this proposal includes retail and leisure facilities within the public realm at ground and first level. The 45.000 sqm retail scheme wraps around the existing metro exit keeping a constant setback from the historic building. This gap between the old and the new building is used to create an arcade with shopping feature, while terraces of cafes and restaurants can spill into the public space.
