Maple House

Green Property plc is a property investment, development and trading company operating in Ireland and the United Kingdom. In 1999 it acquired Maple House, a vacant and outmoded 1970’s office building and subsequently commissioned Dyer Associates to refurbish the 26.000 sqft building to contemporary high-quality standards with a view to attracting a ‘blue chip’ tenant. The practice reconfigured the interior to create a new glazed entrance lobby which extends the full height of the four storey building and is top lit by a clearstory. Shading is provided by a louvered screen, which provides a rhythmic facade to the street and demarks the main entrance.
