This project emerged from an opportunity to design a new bespoke entrance building set in a landscaped environment to a luxurious new residential development in Moscow. It is in the early stages of development and we believe that this project will prove to be an iconic addition to our portfolio. The light timber frame exterior envelope symbolises a traditional building form with state-of-the-art contemporary expression.
The imposing property sits within a large and mature wooded site. Our proposals sensitively locate new planned villas within the landscaped grounds. The extensive use of timber and glass ensures that the houses integrate with the woodland setting.
