Frunzenskaya

Located in the proximity of the Moscow River in central Moscow the planned development will provide 1300 new apartments at luxury level. This elegant new development bears the traditional classic values and will be one of the most desirable city-living experiences in the heart of the capitol.

The overall project is just above 130.000 sqm, and will consist of ten individual buildings. Dyer was comissioned to prepare a feasibility study followed by a concept design. The works started with an urban analysis, which took into consideration the urban tissue, city structure, the neighboring buildings, and the insulation requirements for residential developments.

The urban studies were followed by massing excerscises to demonstrate for the client the best possible layout and maximising the profitability of the scheme. The sculptural aproach for the building facades were driven by elegant, luxury requirements, keeping traditional and classic overall appearance.

Dyer also prepared a principle layout of flats according to the briefed flat mix, which also allowed the design team to define the basic interior requirements for standard apartments. The choice of materials in all of the flat options are planned of a superior quality.  Marble, bespoke oak floors, dramatic feature stone walls will feature throughout all the buildings. Fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards. Kitchen and bathroom appliances will be chosen to satisfy the fine balance of performance and aesthetics.
