CSKA Sport and Leisure Centre with Residential Masterplan
The new Rodina masterplan revitalizes approximately 17ha of former industrial zone by creating a new, vibrant mixed-use district that includes a 400.000 sqm new residential towers, 20.000 sqm sports and athletics centre, 22.000 sqm secondary school, two kindergartens in total of 10.000 sqm, 5.000 sqm arts centre, approximately 40.000 sqm retail centre, commercial zones and offices and large central park are with recreational and outdoor sport activities. The plan also develops design guidelines for a protected future forest area on city land and reintroduces a regional bike network encouraging healthy living styles.
