C & G Office Phase Two

The second phase of Cheltenham & Gloucester’s headquarters complex has been located approximately 1.000 m away from the Phase One building on Barnwood Business Park in Gloucester. The buildings are technologically linked as a single building. Cheltenham & Gloucester’s brief for this building was that the design should reflect a standard ‘business park’ office building, so if they needed to in the future could dispose of it easily. The three floors of office accommodation are disposed around a stepped atrium that provides good quality natural light into the office space. The fully air-conditioned floor plates are configured to deliver principally openplan office accommodation with conference rooms and cellular offices located adjacent cores, raised floors are provided for telecom,data and power distribution. The building also accommodates a full service restaurant.
