The American Airlines Admirals Club and Flagship lounges provide hospitality services for their frequent flyer advantage members.
The clubs’ services include assisting with ticket reservations, seat selections, and/or bookings when flights are delayed or cancelled. American Airlines also provides additional services to its members which include computer internet access, complimentary snacks & beverages, shower facilities, quiet lounges, and a children’s room for travelling families. Both lounges have been renovated and expanded to include the adjacent lounge spaces and were constructed over five phases. Architectural lighting adds to the liveliness and ambiance of the club. Energy efficient lighting is used within cove ceilings illuminating and highlighting the different planes and materials. The cafe area is located in the centre of the Admirals Club for easy access from each of the club’s other areas. The semi-enclosed TV lounge is directly behind the cafe’s built-in banquet seating for a more private feel and separation from other more ‘quiet’ areas. Adjacent to this room, designed as part of the radiating circle, is a circular lounge with a custom designed beverage juice bar in the centre.
