This project involves the redevelopment of a large site, in the busiest retail area of Dublin’s city centre a major European shopping destination. The mixed use scheme will include a shopping centre integrated into the existing urban fabric, recovering a street that had been lost to 1960’s developments, and incorporates several listed buildings. The shopping centre has been designed to attract the major international brands and includes a large department store.
It will also include two luxury apartment blocks and a high rise five star hotel and serviced apartment tower that will become a landmark and a beacon for the area. Car parking and servicing is all accessed from below
